For the last few months I’ve been on the road starting with adventures traveling through Eastern Europe which were followed by a short work contract in Switzerland. Lucky for me, the adventures didn’t stop there.

Using the money I saved while working in Switzerland I met my younger brother in Western Canada where we embarked on a road trip across the USA. During our time of camping, spelunking, and showering in rivers and lakes we got to see wild wolves and bison in Yellow Stone National Park, toured the sunset road of Glacier National Park, and lost ourselves in South Dakota’s Badlands.

To say the least, it’s been a great few months and I even managed to get some time back home before embarking on another adventure. Today, I’m writing from Tokyo, Japan where I’ve taken a teaching position in the centre of one of the biggest cities in the world.

Here I’ve been enjoying the local culture and customs while gorging myself on Japanese sushi and ramen. In Tokyo, I’ve also started studying a martial art known as Shorinji Kempo while spending my weekends exploring the nightlife and tourist hot spots of this wonderful city.
