Japanese cat cafe – Tokyo, Japan

Enjoy a coffee and spend time with some feline friends

Japan is full of fun quirky things to do.  On my last visit to Tokyo I visited Hapineko Cat Cafe to hang out with a some cats and enjoy a mango drink.  Cat cafes are popular in Japan as they offer people an alternative to owning a domestic cat.  For about $10 USD you can order a drink and spend time hanging out with the cats.  Inside you’ll find cat toys, books, and a comfortable homely atmosphere, depending on the cafe.  Definitely worth a visit, Japanese cat cafes are a fun way to kill some time and this video will give you a glimpse of what its like.

Happy petting,

Yak
